What is a boundary map?
A boundary map shows the registered title extent of a property as recorded by HM Land Registry. It is based on the INSPIRE Index Polygons — covering over 26 million registered freehold titles in England and Wales.
Why search by postcode?
Postcodes are the most familiar way to locate a property in the UK. Each postcode sector covers a small geographic area, making it easy to narrow down to your street and then your specific property.
General boundary principle
